Duration of the Foundation Course
- Duration- 4.5 months of lectures and a month for project work/assignments [Face-to-Face Weekend batch starting February 22, 2026; Live Online Batch (Lectures on Mondays & Tuesdays 8 pm to 10 pm) starting February 23, 2026]
Select mode and batch days i.e weekends/ weekdays
- Abridged version of the course adequately covering different aspects of real estate in 4.5 months incase you do not have time of 11 months for PGP-RCH course at your disposal.Lectures are held over weekend or weekdays as per the mode and there shall be annual examination at the end.
Course Certification and convocation
- Certification of students is done annually post annual examination in which student needs to appear. There may also be an annual convocation ceremony. See videos under Gallery & Testimonials tab for past convocation ceremony.
Premium accreditation of the course
- Premium Accreditation of above certificate program is by CIDC- apex body for construction sector formed by Planning Commission (now Niti Ayog), GoI & Construction sector
